CREDENTIALS AND CERTIFICATIONS

CetrtainTeed and Owens Corning started the Professional contractor programs to improve the quality of workmanship within the industry. Also the manufacturers want to help homeowners find a PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR. In order for a contractor to become CERTIFIED, the contractor must meet certain criteria:

1. Meet the standards set forth by the Manufacturers
2. The contractor must pass written exams on workmanship and safety
3. Licensing and Insurance required by state and local law
4. Positive Professional and Customer references
5. A clean record with the Better Business Bureau
6. A legal and credit check of their company for liens, judgments, and positive financial standing
7. A minimum of three years experience under the same business name

OWENS CORNING PREFERRED CONTRACTOR

Haynes Construction is CERTIFIED by the manufacturer to install Preferred Protection Roof Systems.

VINYL SIDING INSTITUTE

Haynes Construction is CERTIFIED by the Vinyl Siding Institute to install all brands of vinyl siding. A contractor must attend a Vinyl Siding Institute Conference and pass a written exam to be certified. The Vinyl Siding Institute is the only professional organization specifically dedicated to the vinyl siding industry.
